Personalities
There's an international player who is 16 years old but seems like he has a either a selfish or disruptive personality type (low leadership, loyalty, work ethic, and high greed). My scout loves him though.
Normally I stay away from players like that no matter what, but considering this guy wouldn't make my team for 5 years, at minimum, is it worth rolling the dice? Do personalities change at all over time, and if so, how much? I understand maybe personality wouldn't change for a 30-year-old player, but I feel like it should swing from age 16. |

I don't think personalities change over time, and I'd be particularly skeptical of a guy with low work ethic fulfilling his potential. On the other hand, Manny Ramirez and Barry Bonds existed in the real world (I would rate Bonds' work ethic as "very high" though).

I think it would be neat for personalities to be somewhat dynamic though, for what it's worth. |
