No Hitter in 1st MLB Start
I don't post often here, but I felt this was worth showing.
Justus Sheffield, in his first big league game ever, through a no-hitter for me against Seattle (very much needed btw, got 3 injuries to my rotation). He's had a pretty good minor league career, but I didn't expect anything like this. |

It would have been better if the recap mentioned it was his first major league start. These kinds of personal touches are too often missing from recaps and other news items. I'd like to see that area improved in the next version.

That'd be nice to see. I like the recaps, and I like how they pick up on milestones, but it would be better if they picked up the timing of milestones too

In my game, I called Micker Adolpho up from the minors as a September call-up. He only had one tool, which was power. I let him pinch hit twice with the game on the line, and he hit two walk-off homers in his first two career at bats. I thought that was pretty cool.
As for Justus Sheffield, he is an absolute monster in my league. It's still early in his career (2023), but he already has two Cy Young Awards. Considering the other poster who said that Sheffield won 6 in his, I would say that you should hang on to him. |

I've been waiting forever for one of my pitchers to throw a no hitter. I've come close several times but never able to complete it. So one day I decided to sim through what seemed like a boring 3 days of games.. and sure enough it happened and I missed it.
