Very quick question regarding league evolution

I decided to turn on league evolution, but only the options for more/less offense and more/less pitching. If these changes take place, will there be a news story or is this something that happens in the background and can only be gleaned from stats?

I believe there is a news article. Mound lowered/raised, ball changed, etc.

I think I've only seen it happen once in all my years of OOTP though, so it is rare.

These are the only league evolution settings I even consider, and I still leave them off most of the time.

Yep, definitely a news article, usually the day after the World Series.

I use those news articles to remind me I forgot to turn off league evolution.
