Does Submit a Ticket work??

Hey everyone, been trying to submit a ticket as I'm locked out of my OOTP13 game. Won't let me activate as I purchased a new computer and want to install it.

Anyone have an idea how to reach support as I have submitted 2 tickets already and no response. Itching to get back into the game

I've been having problems with the support page for weeks, I'm at my wit's end. I love this game, but when they do respond, 99% of the time I can't even access the website, it just locks me out. Hopefully we'll get some helps soon

I'm having the same problem. I had the game activated, and then after installing an update to OS X, the game asked me to activate it again. Entering in my key doesn't work. I assume I've reach the limit. The unlicensing instructions on the support site are wrong:

OOTP 11-15 (PC/Mac, Linux):

Open up the game and on the very first screen that comes up, click on the preferences button.
Next, click on the license tab.
Finally, click "release license / unlicense game"


On OOTP15 on the Mac there is no Preferences button, there is a Settings button. And there is no License tab in the Settings. These instructions are obviously outdated.

Can someone please help us? I submitted a ticket and got no answer.

CC? That meaning credit card? As I used paypal to purchase the game.

Me too. support.ootpdevelopments.com just brings me to a blank page. No links to the site work either. Not sure what to do here.

Edit: Fixed this by deleting cookies in Chrome.

hmmm...tried to post a couple times, didn't post for some reason..

CC? meaning credit card as I purchase OOTP13 by paypal..

I have Order# & Activation Serial# along with my receipt.

The trouble is over the years, when my computer gets replaced, I never got a chance to "de-activate" as my computer had to be replaced. I must have done it twice as I don't have anymore activations left I guess.
