Can anyone tell me how to start a random debut league?

High, sure it is on here somewhere but cant find. Would like to start a random debut league but not sure how. Also does it matter what year you put in as the starting season?

Create a historical game start it as any year you want. I find it best to start after 1950. If you start in the dead ball era Bongs will not hit 73 HR more like 15. Honus Wagner, Ted Williams will still be successful in 2013. Cy Young may not be as great. He tends to become a CL.
If you use just teh wizard you will see a option around step 4? to choose players from all era/random debut. I always go into Advanced and make other changes. If you go into Advanced you can set the folders for logos and uniforms, set the DB path if you want to use a Gambo or Spritze (I use Spritze lately because I want Gibson & Paige at 17 or 18). Then you can add the DH or get rid if it.
Random debut is under Historical. Check both Historical and import real players. You wont have RD without checked real players. Not sure if this is under the Wizard.
