Being able to trade for managers

Now, I know that trades for managers has only been done a few select times in MLB history, but I think it could be interesting to be able to do that. This seems rather minor to me, but I was thinking about it because after every year I'm often hiring new personnel (because I absent mindedly forget to offer them extensions) and I wonder if a function like this could be somewhat useful. Even though it probably wouldn't be used by many players, it could give another aspect to managing the front office matters of any given team.

To add to this with a minor feature having to do with managers...

Just wish there would be a news update when a team hires a new manager.

or be able to hire HS or college coaches away from current schools. I mean, why would a HS gym teacher stay and make $80k when I would pay him and his legendary skills $500-$1m/year!

Another thing with managers...
Notices when their contracts are running out, similar to how players do that. I am not ALWAYS paying attention, or I forget. Or messages if they're planning on retiring... damn it Ned Yost.

Feeder league career advancement needs to be retooled in general, but that idea is fabulous.
