How to transfer saves from iOOTP 2012 to 2013

This guide is to transfer saves from iOOTP 2011 to the new iOOTP 2013. After the transfer you can continue to play your game.

Disclaimer: you need a 3rd party tool to make the transfer so it is your own risk to do it.

1. Download iFunBox for Win or Mac: iFunBox Download

2. Close both iOOTP 2012 and 2013

3. Connect your device to your computer and start iFunBox

4. Select "Managing App Data"

5. Select iOOTP 2012 and navigate to the "saved_games" folder

6. Right click the save game you want to transfer and save it to your computer.

7. Close the iOOTP 2012 popup in iFunBox, select iOOTP 2013 and navigate to the "saved_games" folder.

8a. If a save game with the same name is present, please rename the transfered one on your computer

8b. Move the folder from your computer into the iFunBox window by drag & drop.

9. Close iFunBox, start iOOTP 2013, select Load Game on the start screen and select your transfered save.

10. Have fun.

Quick question. When I transfer my saved game and complete the season I started in in iOOTP12 (currently in 1982) using '13 and buy 1983 do I get real rookies or continue with fictional players?
