Ticket Prices, Merchandise...

I am in the modern ERA with the Pirates, now in 2017, I have 2 titles but very little cap room and merchandise. What ticket prices would you recommend?

What are they currently? $22 or so? I would put NY as the top ticket prices and then subtract .10 per team as I work my way down to Pittsburgh & KC.
So if NYY are $30 Pit would be around $27? Not sure if that would be accurate. But maybe up them by 25%.
