Jersey, Cap, and Logo Request

I just got back to playing the game after a six months hiatus. After my first seaon [2010 MLB season] two expansion teams were introduced to the league, the Columbus Marvels and Indianapolis Crawlers.

Can someone please help me create a logo, cap, and jersey? I appreciate the help.

any idea on colors, style of uni or a graphic you might be looking for?

you don't have to have all of the above (just colors would be fine) but it makes it easier if you give me something to start with.
