I'm personally very interested in these settings, but when I put it inthe quick-start folder and load it up it tells me "World.dat missing". Any clue what the problem is?

No idea. I just double-checked the zip, and world.dat is there.

Finally diving into this again, I was a huge fan of the OOTP9 version.

One issue I see right off the bat is the 1975 awards - the players who won them didn't even play that season. Weird.

You'd have to create a league in OOTP10 first and then import it into 11.
