Two Schedule Requests

#1:
One league, 36 teams, 3 divisions of 12

2 games vs. non-divisional rivals, 10-11 games vs. each of the other 11 teams in the division

#2:
One league, 36 teams all in one division
Completely balanced, 4-5 games vs. each team

Any help would be appreciated

I have a plan for the #2. It would involve a handful of 1-game series but otherwise be similar to the above.
