OOTP9.exe - Application Error

I downloaded the file and installed successfully, but when I run it from the shortcut, I get the message

The application failed to initialise properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application

When I click OK, it's immediately followed by an identical message.

Any ideas?

I'm running
Windows XP SP2
2GB RAM
Geforce 7950GT 512MB

I didn't install to the default folder

Sorry...looked on the site and found the fix.

Launched, entered order code, received licence and BAM...game is there.

In case anyone else had the issue...the fix is here
