1) Make jersey styles windowed rather than scrolling.

2) In the same way certain jerseys, logos and caps are team specific and the game automatically picks them because of their name. Add the capability of having year specific graphics the computer automatically picks, by including the year specifics in the name of the graphics file.

3) Add the home, away and alternate jerseys. Bring back alternate jersey promotion day. Also give the option to only use these for certain teams or leagues.

8) When adding a Jersey or Cap Logo, the ability to adjust the position of the text/logo after regenerating would be a nice way to make quick adjustments.

Ability to tweak settings/variables to create bizarre, amusing and grotesque faces i.e. expand whatever horizons the random face generator uses.

n+1) Ability to set fequencies for hair styles similar to beards.

n+2) Access to the jersey and hat meshes should we choose to change the 3D shape of the jersey (old-time collared jerseys, 3D wrinkles in the jersey, etc.) or the hat (e.g. those old-timey, skull-hugging caps).

n+3) As someone mentioned earlier, have a selection of, say, 9 faces you can choose from when you change a guy's face.

n+4) 3D hair. 3D models for beards and long hair similar to what you do today for the cap.

I'm sorry, but I fear the only feature out of these four which probably could make it into the game is #1

It would need ~ 2 to 4 sec. to open that dialog, does that really make sense?

If I'm changing faces for a particular guy, it probably takes me about a second for each (mouse to picture button, click, slide up new picture selection, check it out, decide it's not what I want, find picture button again with the mouse). I think it would save me time in the long run but most importantly, I would much prefer selecting the choice from a batch rather than cycling through.
