Ugh Waiver trades don't automatically remove player from waivers

Ugh. I just lost a pretty decent prospect via waivers because I made a waiver trade and the game put him on waivers, another team claimed him so the deal was canceled, but I assumed it would also pull him off waivers. NOPE!

it was matt stairs in a 1994 league he had 143 for power potential and it was for a PTBNL
