Can't stop AI from Giving Intentional Walks

Since there's no One Pitch mode with strategic input, I set up my games so the AI (without full coaching) takes control of the defensive decisions in order to be able to play a full game at a speed I'm accustomed to. Under Team Strategy I have "Intentional Walk" set to never, copied to all strategies, all situations. But still, the AI will put baserunners on without regard even to normal baseball strategy. I'm using the newest patch.

I'm not the bumping type, but this just happened to me again. If you set a slider to "never" it really should never happen.
