Origin Update Issue?

I purchased the game through Origin (help develop a new distribution channel), and noticed that there was a general update on Wednesday, saying the Origin update should be ready within 24 hours...

It's now Friday night and I'm still on 19.1.38; and am wondering how I can update to 19.2.41. According to Origin, the game is up to date. Is this just me, or is anyone else experience this problem?

BTW, FANTASTIC JOB with this version / release! You guys truly out did yourselves this year!

As of last night, it was still on the original downloaded version. I don't have access to my computer now, but will try it again later tonight.

Confirmed - the game has NOT updated. Even when I choose to update the game within Origin, I get the message that the game is updated and ready to play, yet it's still version 19.1.38

I saw in Origin that there was a patch last night and updated the game, but it's still on 19.1.38.

I have even tried "Repairing" the game in Origin, but that doesn't do anything either....

Do I need to fully uninstall the game and reinstall it? (ugh!)

- just a heads up - if you fully uninstall, un-license first.

That's shouldn't be an issue on Origin. Actually might not even be possible

As far as the update goes, can you try shutting down the Origin client and then restarting it and see if the update loads after that?

I feel like it's Groundhog Day....

I tried restarting Origin, and it's still on the original version.

I feel like no matter what I do, I'll always be on version 19.1.38 (not the worst thing in the world, but I'd like to have the updated version)....

I have contacted Origin about it. They should have made the update available 24 hours after we released it.

Still no updates (either the first or the second patch) on Origin...

I really wish I just purchased directly from you guys - not seeing any benefit to buying through Origin...

We heard back from Origin that they will release the 19.3.44 update later today.

So you should see it then but if you don't see it by tomorrow, please let us know.
