OOTP 19 manual and player evaluation

The OOTP 19 manual, under the Game Settings heading, subsection Player Ratings Scales, includes an Option to have overall player ratings based on AI evaluation and not pure ratings. But I do not see that option listed on the Global Settings page (under the Game Settings tab) when in-game. Is this option no longer available?

Yes, that option was removed. Currently all overall ratings are based on AI eval. We will update the manual to correct for how the options have changed.
