The Nashville Stars

Breaking News

Major League Baseball has decided to expand by 2 teams. After careful consideration, the two cities that will be representing the new MLB teams are Montreal and Nashville!

Montreal will be bringing back the iconic Expos to Canada while Nashville with be introducing the Stars in Country Music's capitol.

The Expos are owned by Stephen Bronfman, son of billionaire Charles Bronfman and head of the private equity firm, Claridge. Stephen has made it his mission to bring baseball back to Montreal and now after years of hard work, he will get to see his efforts pay off.

The Stars are owned by buisnessman John Loar. Loar founded the Music City Equity Group with the sole purpose of bringing baseball to Nashville. Starting as an idea, Nashville quickly became the favorite destination for a new expansion team due to countless possible donors and Loar's negotiation skills.

An expansion draft is set for March 8th 2020.

Nashville Names Jacob Balor as General Manager!

In stunning news, the Nashville Stars have named 24 year old Jacob Balor as their General Manager, making Balor the youngest to ever hold the title of MLB GM. Balor is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor's in Economics. His limited baseball experience consists of a summer internship with the Tampa Bay Rays organization.

A press conference is set for next week, but owner, John Loar, said that Balor blew him away with his knowledge and organization during the interview.
