Getting more card packs than I purchase

My team is the South Shore Barn Burners in the Beta Sigma league.

I went to buy a 1000 point Card Pack, and while I was opening the single pack, I started to get an absurd number of follow ups. Right now my team is filled with gold and silver players, and I have the option available to open up more packs.

i got the same issue, i bought one pack and i could open several

Probably you can, until the open beta ends. You can just be a whale now.

Same issue. I got like 100 players from a 1000 pp purchase. It kept saying I had one more pack lol. No diamond players though - so it shows their rarity.

Note I did another single pack purchase and was not able to open any additional packs this time.
