Which Name Best Fits Boston?

In my ABF league Boston has gone by the Fighting Irish, Americans, Braves and now back to being called the Fighting Irish. While watching the Sons of Liberty marathon I am thinking of changing their name and would like some ideas along with the few in the poll. If you suggest a name other then listed please provide some logos and uniforms. Right now I am in 1926. I already have teh Philadelphia Liberty so Liberty or Sons of Liberty is not an option.

I am considering that one also. But Minutemen sounds too 1800's to me. i want something i can stick with from 1930 or so until 2050.

5 for Irish 5 for Revolution. Totally undecided. If it stays tied i will stay with Irish.

These are the only Revolution jerseys i have although I did find some scripts. In my old ABF league Philly was known as Revolution.

I'd say this "USA! USA!" crap isn't fitting for a Boston baseball team, besides that that is what the New England Patriots are for.

Why isn't it fitting? The New England Patriots won't exist for another 30 yrs, I also can find plenty of Patriots logos. Hard to find quality logos for the other choices.

I'm surprised the NNP didn't just slap a cartoony version of Sam the Minuteman on and call it a day.

As a former Southie, back in the day ... Irish rules ... we always have the St. Patrick Day celebration in March ... incidentally, I believed Boston have the oldest running parade of St. Patrick Day ... so it would be fitting to be known as the Fighting Irish

Obviously the Boston Bostonians.

You can keep that nickname until they move to New Haven.
