Draft pick trading glitch?

I enable draft pick trading. I traded players and prospects for picks in the first round. I lost the players to the trades but when I continued to day of the draft it reset the picks back to their original teams. Any ideas what happened? I tried closing without saving but went back in and now its locked in that way. Wondering if I need to start the league over so I don't lose players for nothing.

The message about the draft acknowledges it but not the draft screens.

I don't know why it did this, as I don't enable draft-pick trading. However, the easy fix is to go into commissioner mode and manually assign the picks.

Do you have FA Comp enabled?

I don't think this matters. It looks like he's in the first year of the modern MLB league, so comp wouldn't matter until the next season.
