Uploading reports to mySQL

First time league commish here, just wondering if I'm making a mistake or if it is a bug in the software.

I'm uploading reports to mySQL and sometimes the upload stops without getting the message about opening the browser to unpack. No error messages, just no unpack prompt. I looked at my site in FTP and the reports.tar.gz file is uploaded, but the unpack script isn't launched.

1. Does anyone else have this problem, and how can I fix it?

or

2. How do I run the unpack script manually on my site to put those reports out there?

Again, this doesn't happen EVERY time I try to upload, but sometimes I have to quit the program and restart several times before the upload succeeds.

Sorry for being a noob! Thanks again.

well in the online league settings check to see that u have the sql reports selected and then in the commish portal check the reports settings on the left and right sides of the commish pannel to make sure both have the sql method for uploading the reports if u have them selected it should upload and unpack by its self . but u can manually upload the unpack script tho if u goto ur file manager in ur website host and nav to the reports folder upload the unpackscrip from the online scripts folder in the ootp 13 folder on ur computer and then just type the url in ur browser which would the the url path to the unpackscript and it works i have had to do this before .
