Can't see cards - Tourney page and PD

Hi,

After loading the patch today, I haven't been able to get all the card graphics in tournament mode. Attached is a screenshot. I think it was also related to a PD, where at least 1 card was blank.

Tried the following:
1) Reload card list from the Card Shop - No effect
2) Reset caches from the troubleshooting screen - No effect
3) Download all team graphics from the troubleshooting screen - Stalls the program trying to load player cards, otherwise no effect
4) Reinstalled the previous patch - No effect.

Until I can enter a PD, I can only assume it remains broken unless the tournament screen is also fixed.

Please help.

Can you pass along what you learned? And why can't OOTP post here how to make this game work? We shouldn't have to scour the web for solutions.

I can't see reward cards in the tournament page.

I can't see cards when opening packs (getting the 6 line pop up description of cards from pack).
I can't purchase points, which I was going to do for the sale, but at this point I'm glad I couldn't buy.
I don't get challenge mode rewards.
The first 3 items worked until this weekend, the challenge mode has never worked.
