sure. lol. If you are really interested just follow the links and sign up. There's no need for having the game. You will be in charge for your own strategies, contract negotiations, spring training etc.

No it doesn't. But when cuss creates you as a player, you will be generated with random ratings. So chances are your created player will be better than you are in real life.

And just to let you know, we have our own sites for this. If you click on the first banner in my sig, that will take you to our "Official" forum, and you can register there too. And if you click on the second banner, that will take you to the league website where you can view everything.

GFBL Finals Game 2...
Wow....What a game 2. The Storm looked really good early on, taking a 7-1 lead into the 7th innning until the Juves finally started doing what they are getting paid for. An error in the 2nd ining by scoobz gave the Storm the first 2 runs of the game, and the next error by dbacks in the 4th sent in 2 more runs for the Storm. Even though Storm's starter was pitching awsome, striking out 5 for the game and only allowed 1 Juvenile run in the first 6 innings, however the Juves just prove to be too tough to be beaten. Player of the game, SirOrion had his biggest game of his career, going 3-6 driving in 5 runs including one 400-footer monstrous shot that ignited the unbelievable comeback in the 7th. Ultimately in the bottom of the 11th, Juves' 1B-rlmayer32 hit a clutch single and brought home the game winning run.
The Juves are just now one game away from the ultimate prize. The Storm should have capitalized and brought this game home, but we didn't come thorugh. (well, I did, 2-5 with a double. ) The Storm will look to dangarion as they face elmination on Friday. Stay tuned... |

Under the Spotlight - DanGarion...
The Storm being one game away from elimination, looks to Mr. DanGarion for heroic performance tomorrow night agains the Juves in a do-or-die situation. DanGarion, with a record of 9-14 and a 4.14 ERA, is among the best pitcher on the Storm's weak rotation. The best part about dangarion's game is that he shows up every game and almost always gives the team, not great, but consistent 7-8 innings. His batting however is below average. In 42 games, he only batted a miserable .191 with only 1 HR and 11 RBI's. Although he has a lot of experience in the box as he pinched in and played a little bit of 2B, SS and 3B during the season as teh others were injured. This game will be huge oppotunity for DanGarion to either showcase his talent to every other teams interested or to his current team, the Storm as he has yet to sign an extension. Everything will be riding on this man's shoulder as this could very well be the last game any team will play this season. |
