League Evolution Options?
Is there a way to control the league evolution myself? Instead of just clicking which options to allow and hoping the AI doesn't do something stupid (24 man active rosters are brutal)...can I go in during one off-season and lower/raise offense, or add the DH to the NL, or create two expansion franchises and schedule a draft, etc. that would be reported on as part of normal league evolution without turning off the feature entirely? Or would my best bet be to turn off league evolution and just go in and create new teams/change DH rule in the league settings page myself every time I want something to change?
Basically I want the randomness of league evolution, but I want to be able to make my own changes (or course corrections) every now and then.

Sounds to me like what you want to do is turn on league evolution for the things you want. You can still make any manual changes whenever you feel the urge, as well.

Your best bet is to turn off league evolution and make whatever changes you want yourself each offseason. The AI won't change things, but if you leave it on it will randomly change things that you'd have to manually change back if you don't like them.

You can also reverse changes you do not like, such as active roster sizes.

How would I go about making changes to the offense/pitching myself? LTM's? Could someone walk me through it because I've never tinkered with those...Thanks.

Yes, it's LTMs you want. Just be careful, you might accidentally move it too much in the wrong direction.
