You can download Spritze or Gambo DB and put it into your game and create the NAL., NNL etc. No Pepper has the best uniforms, Cooleyvol also has some good ones. Retro Uniform thread might have some remakes as well. You can find most of this on ootpmods.com or in Sprtize 's DB thread.
I have a Random debut league that has NNL, NAL, MLB 2000, *** and 1935 PCL. So far the only Negro Leaguer name in my league that I know is Cool Papa Bell and he is on the Hollywood Stars.

I just posted this in the "New to the Game?" forum because I didn't get any relevant hits on my search. What rosters are you using to get all the players in the game?

I am looking to make an alternative history starting in 1901 where there were no color limits in the MLB. I am going to have 4 major leagues at that time: the AL, NL, PCL, and Southern Association, and I would like for most of the players to be real players, including Negro League players, Cuban players, career minor leaguers, and whoever wasn't around playing in the majors from 1901 through the end of the color barrier.
