Draft pick trading is allowed for current yr and next
We use a soft cap of 120 with a 20% tax if ur over it
No fa comp
No advanced draft pick signing (its flawed and im tired of 45 pick a rd )
Astros are in the AL West
We are in the 2014 season and at the draft
we have had a different ws winner every year
we require gms to have aim and I would add u to our aim league chat group
we have a rotating schedule for in game
We have a trade review committee setup just in case we need it
We have real players in game not fictional
We do the drafts on the forum and next season we should be using a utility such as ootpou from getch
Scouting and coaches are turned off
