Signability for color?

I get the signability part, but I'm unfamiliar with the for color part. Where does it come from?

Yep, it's a truncated version of "Colorado".

The a is cutoff, but you can see part of it.

It's Signability for Colorado (i guess)

It tells you how hard for this particular team it is to sign that player.

It would be quite a different, and maybe more interesting game if signability depended on uniform color. In this case it was just an unfortunate abbreviation though.

It would help if OOTP used standard rules for abbreviations and short forms.
