Setting up Online League

Need help please. Trying to set up my league so GM's can use OOTP 13 but having one hell of a time. I've followed my webhost directions and watch videos until my eyes hurt but damn thing just won't work 100%. When I try to enter GM's names into my game with a password it does absolutely nothing. GM still has no control even after he uploads file. I need an experienced commishioner please

League has started it's 5th season but losing GM's because they have to PM me any roster moves. I love this league and spend hours everyday working on it but if I can't get this to work properly league won't last.

Any help would be appreciated big time

Do you still need help? If so, I suggest posting your issue mentioned here in the OOTP 13 Online Leagues forum. You will be more likely to receive better help (if not quicker ).
