Any problems moving Challenge Mode Game Universe back and forth between Mac and Windows?

I am getting ready to start a Challenge Mode Historical league.

I am curious if anybody is aware of problems that my arise by switching the game file back and forth between my Mac and Windows machines.

Alternately, I may just start 2 game universes in Challenge Mode. One for the Windows OS and a different one for the Mac OS. Would there be any problems running 2 different Challenge mode game universes simultaneously?

I am aware some of the logo files and text files and what not may differ between OS. I am not so concerned about any aesthetic issues. I am more concerned about confusing the server in Challenge Mode such that it skips credit or something like that. Or if the game universe files might become corrupted by switching back and forth between OSs.
