Draft Pick Trading
So in the wake of the Goldy trade, I saw that a 2019 1st round comp pick was included? I thought draft pick trading wasn't allowed anymore in the MLB.

Only comp picks are allowed to be traded.

Specifically, Competitive Balance picks. Those are different than compensation picks. Competitive Balance picks are awarded to smaller market teams based on revenue and other factors.
