Injuries are set to normal (ootp classic)
20-80 ratings scale, MON-FRI SIMS, 7 days advanced. FAST PACED LEAGUE
4 Levels of Minor Leagues
Scouting is ON and set to Normal Accuracy
105 Million Salary Cap to be raised every year. Will help with more league wide parity

Their is also the potential for new GMs to have a say in logo and team name/location

There was another OOTP called by the same name. Is that league now defunct? Probably should look into that.

Otherwise, also echo the request for more details. I'm interested in such a league, but hard to say how interested without knowing a little more.
