I cut and pasted, albeit a little crooked, the new teams that should be added to those friending iron teams. Also, if someone gets a minute, I could use the final OL standings for diamond to award the last crown. The security detail guarding it is on overtime.

One of my non OL teams managed to get swept in quite the blowup. Up 4-1 going into the bottom of the 9th, 2 outs, my closer managed to throw just two strikes out of the next 19 pitches walking in two runners(wild pitch thrown in for good measure) and giving up a grand slam to end the season.

Tough sledding in the AH today but San Pedro came away with Tony Fernandez and Ben Oglive. Was hoping to come away with another arm but it would have cost an arm and a leg so I am going to sit on what's left of my wallet for a while.

The knights were looking to upgrade at first base but between the 70's theme and the prices nothing fits the bankroll.

I wish you could completely filter out the live cards and have all the rest remain.

I154 Update

Congratulations to Fancher Creek and Philadelphia, as they play each other for the right to represent the NC in the world series. Both teams will advance to Bronze next year. FYI, that means two different Philadelphia clubs in Bronze next year so... prepare to be confused!

Friends list has been updated to reflect league assignments (Iron, Bronze, etc) for next season - promoted teams have been updated.

That 5th game between Philadelphia and Mudville went down to 15 innings! A Tom Tresh single bringing Judy Johnson home after he lead the inning off with a triple to win us the game.

If there's already a Philadelphia team in Bronze I might move the Athletics somewhere else. It's confusing enough when we're in different tiers!

I have two teams ready to join OL for this upcoming week: The Bold Strategy Cottons and the California Quantum Condors, both at the Perfect level. I think I am on the friends list of the existing Perfect OL teams from the other F2P league, but if there are any new entries to Perfect then be sure to add me.

looks like we'll have OL crown races in every level next season.... here's the latest breakdown of levels with the new additions and level shifts so far:

Iron: 16
Bronze: 10
Silver: 12
Gold: 6
Diamond: 7
Perfect: 4

Lots of shifts/new additions today, so please make sure you update your friends list, especially for teams in your own tier.

The Shasta Black Bears came back from being down 3-1, to knock off Terra Incognita in seven games to advance to the S294 World series, the first between two Our League teams. The Black Bears are a charter member of Our League, one of the 14 teams that started in 2020. Annandale joined the following year. Congratulations and best of luck to both teams.

There was one OL World Series in PT 19, with the Philadelphia Patriots topping the Port Ruppert Mundys. I posted those results somewhere in this thread, for those who are curious enough to go searching.

Unfortunately, I have to go out, so I won't be able to follow the Series. It's not such a bad thing the Rustlers lost. I'm sure at some point my wife would have been wondering why the hell I kept checking my phone.
