Does anyone have something that helps with tactics? I never know what to use for each player

I'm still learning myself, but my advice would be to look at your team and make a decision based on its size and abilities. Then stick to those tactics until they become familiar with them if possible.

Also pay attention to role tactics if you play as head coach. I let the AI set them initially, then before each game I look for major/minor counter roles to my opponent.
