Missed this one - on the "Main Jersey Elements" section there are checkboxes to toggle the button pad (the "stitched" part of the jersey that the buttons are on).

This reminds me - I keep forgetting to do a rainbow sleeve stripe layer. Maybe I'll get to that this weekend.

No on both counts, I'm afraid.

If you use Windows, check out justafan's software.

@TheGame, not sure why the font is vanishing on you - what steps cause it to disappear?
Resizing after picking a font that sometimes will cause the font to overlap the jersey. When i choose a new font then it reappears.

Just a quick bump to announce that I've (finally) added a "Rainbow Sleeves" layer.

Thanks, I'll see if I can figure out what's causing that.

I can't even blame my crappy old laptop, since it finally bought the farm and I have a brand-new loaner.
All of the sudden my Mac is giving me the same issue. Happens on every browser, Chrome, Safari, Opera, and Firefox. Running 10.11.X.

I have seen this before, but I've never been able to figure out what causes it. Usually, though, if one browser doesn't work another does.

I've made a small change that *might* fix the problem, though. But I don't have a Mac to test on so I can't be sure that the fix actually did anything.

When I had that problem, it only did that on Chrome. Firefox worked fine. It started working on Chrome again a few weeks later. Not sure what changed.

eriqjaffe,

Thanks for creating all of this software for us.... very much appreciate it.

I have created 8 stadiums using your stadium generator... but I can't drop and drag the players to line them up properly in the game... I can drag and drop them in the stadium editor for each team, but when I open up the game, they do not show the changes I made.

Where do you place the stadium images and how do you name them for OOTP17?... I may have them in the wrong folders and not named correctly. When the stadium images wouldn't show up at all, I also removed all of your files from the folders except for the stadium images... maybe OOTP17 needs those files to properly use the images.

I placed the stadium in OOTP17 in the ballparks folder.
Also in the "saved games" images folder.

See the screenshots.

Did I do it correctly?

Hope you can help me out.

All you need are the actual images. The XML file doesn't actually do anything, but it does provide you with a fairly easy-to-read file so you can find all of the park factors and coordinates.

As far as using the park images, they should behave like any other. You can just put them in the "ballparks" folder along with all of the park images that come with the game and assign them in the ballpark editor in-game.

As far as player locations, dragging and dropping should work, or you can always manually enter the coordinates in the ballpark editor (note that the coordinates generated by the app may not be 100% perfect). If the changes aren't sticking, I'm not sure what to tell you other than to make sure you're setting everything for all three images - day, night and diagram.

Apparently, the game has suddenly discovered your stadiums and even included my changes to the player and baserunner placements.

Thanks again... it's nice to have the stadium dimensions in-game.

The slider is to set the amount of the text deformations, not the text size (the slider is disabled when your text isn't deformed, which is why it just jumps back to zero. That's browser-specific behavior - Firefox doesn't even let you move it at all, for example). If you want to change the text size, just click on the text itself and you can grab one of the handles and stretch the text:

I had to come back to this thread to figure out how to change the text size again. Thanks, dewd!

Except that Justafans doesn't support MAC users.

As a mac user, the web based utilities are all we can use, but they work well. I really wish Markus would incorporate some kind of a uniform and logo maker native to OOTP....but this still works very well.

I agree. They do work well and I'm glad we have them.
