This is for OOTP 20.

This will hopefully be a continuous series of my top players from each team. For any file in 2020 the roster size is 44, in 2021 it will be 45. after that I'll drop back down to 40 players per team.

Financials are off. i am using Project 32 logo, jersey, cap set by RJ something or other (I always butcher his screen name).

Roster limit is 44 for all teams. No draft. see my dynasty thread of the same name

Monarchs would be good. So would Team from Orlando with guys with a Central Florida home. Hopefully this Years comes out before Summer because need 2019 version.
