Get rid of 'The'

Don't you want to get rid of 'The' in the nationality filter pull down menue?

The United States
The Netherlands

It took me almost forever to find the United States this way.

It is quite odd for us English speakers to see 'The United States' or on the inbox in game it'll say 'The Team Name'.

I'm going to assume its just an odd translation from German. OOTP Baseball is the same

Not a German-English thing, the database has always been in English and as far as I know Vereinigte Staaten and Niederlande are just as valid in German without the article. It's just always been that way in the data, and at this point the specific names are used in so many places in all our games (and in associated data, e.g. many of the csv files we import data from) that it'd be a big job to find and change them all.

Actually, "Vereinigte(n) Staaten" and "Niederlande" are always used with the specific article in German. I must know, I think. What is really weird is apparently that OOTP Baseball does not use the article for those countries.
