In OOTP you should not change the names, period. Starting a new league with this mod is great and wonderful. Re-importing the names in any way, whether with this mod or something else, will make a mess of the names. This can be done in OOTP17, but not 16 due to a nasty bug.

Questdog's Names are the default names in OOTP22.
