Brand New Fictional League--Inag Draft and Twist

This is a brand new fictional league that will feature an inaugural draft when we start.

Each league is it's own country (USA, Japan, Cuba and Dominican Republic) and amateur drafts are not shared and players are only from those specific countries and can only be drafted for that country. The only way to acquire players outside of your country is via free agency, trades and IAFA.

We are using scouts with ratings of 1-20.
7 days per sim and we will sim M-F at 8AM or 11AM (haven't made up my mind)
Everything will be run through Stats+
We are voting on if we will use full coaching system

Playoffs are as follows

Top 3 teams from each league make playoffs. Wild Card play each other in best of 5 and then play the league champion. The winner of the league will compete against other league winners in the World Championship in a modified double elimination.

No salary cap and no feeder leagues.
