Career Best Franchise Database

Are there any databases like Spritze's previous ones that place a player with the team they are most associated with (i.e. Babe Ruth with the Yankees)? If not, are there any plans for one? I would try but I have no idea how the new databases work.

It would be cool if it came with an official update, but somehow I doubt that will happen.

don't think there is a data base, but there is a Quickstart game that has the best of each team. It's in add-on central. I'm not at the computer with my game, so can't find exact name, but you'll need both Add-on's servers to find it. There's a link on how to add the second server (mods one) here:

once you get the server installed, just scroll through the list until you find All Time greats, or something like that. hopefully this is what you're looking for, or something close.If not, sorry, but it's the closest thing i know of.

I just meant a database (or odb etc.) that would have Ruth import with the Yankees in 1914 as you ran a historical simulation.

But I'll check that out.

You could import Ruth via the Free Agent Page in 1914 and edit him onto the Yankees. But from what I have read, the Historical Minors option is an in game replacement for the Spritz Db and he will no longer be producing it as he is the person who maintains the new Minors Db for OOTP. I have actually started a League in 1911 and Imported Ruth to the Free Agent Pool at 16yr old, then coached whatever team he ended up on (Note he still wasn't ML ready until around 1914, but it was fun to watch him develop on the reserve roster and give him a few ST and Sept Call-up AB's and IP's

That's what I thought. I could also filter players by pro yrs. and reassign them if necessary.

Although i have never tried this, Bigrod's importer program has a way to import players to whichever team you choose. See his thread for more info.
