New Jersey Devils: GM Thoughts
GM of the New Jersey Devils: Terence Baker looked at the pre-season as a "warm up". The reason being, a lot of these guys were only added to the team, an the chemistry will need to be built before we assume the worse for this season.

When asked about how he sees the team for the beginning of the regular season his thoughts were simple "One step at a time. We're going to grow together and work things out on the fly.. All we really can do."

New Jersey Devils: Coach looks forward to the new challenge
Randy Carlyle is looking forward to the task at hand and has shown his appreciation for GM Terence Baker bringing him into the organization for this task.
"I thank the GM for having faith in me to bring this team back into the playoff race. We will begin the building of a great team and hopefully in the next few years we will be a challenging force!"

I demand that you release Richards XD. Im joking im joking, but it does hurt to see a former Philly star play for the Devils, good luck though.

Lol Mike Richards is one of my favourite players. Sadly we wont be seeing him in awhile. Figured with New Jersey's know history of getting older/veteran players, I would give Mike Richards a chance. We will see how his 2 years go lol
