Game issues
So I played yesterday (4/14) no problem at all and I went to play again today and I saw that steam downloaded some form of update. So I go to continue my game but the Eula screen pops up and even the welcome to the game website as well. When I attempt to load my game it just crashes at a certain point. I have deleted all the game data and reinstalled and now it won’t even let me log into my account on the startup screen. Another issue is that the talent/potential and injury fragileness are completely blank as if they have been whited out.

Maybe you are an OOTP player? Yesterday there was an OOTP update, not FHM's

We definitely didn't do any update for FHM today, so it may have been some kind of issue with Steam. The missing graphics suggest something went wrong with an installation, so the first thing to try would be going to your Steam library, right-clicking on FHM5, selecting properties, and then going to the local files tab and select "Verify Integrity of Game Files." That should check your installation against the correct version and update anything that's missing or incorrect.

I tried that and it’s still not working , I can get the game to work now the only thing is the missing graphics. I deleted any “mods” and it’s still the same. The graphics were there until I tried using a rolling save to save my old save file idk if that would affect it at all.
Update: so for whatever reason in dark mode the missing graphics show up it’s only in fhm mode that they do not appear or are completely white. I checked the data GUI elements and they were there for both fhm and dark so I’m stumped Last edited by Theoehmen; 04-16-2019 at 09:00 AM. |

It's staying off even if you switch dark-to-light and then back? I'm not sure how it works, but that's fixed the missing stars issue for some people.
