Goalie Settings not saving on export

Goalie settings do not seem to be totally saving on export for online leagues. I did try and look in the manual to get a better explanation but couldn't find anything on the goalie settings menu as it is. However we have GM's exporting with Use Goalie Settings unchecked with the belief that whoever is in the #1 spot will start, however the game doesn't see this unchecked for them after I import their file.
Regardless we have a bunch of GM's who are not getting the goalie they think they should have starting actually starting games.
The first image is what the Human GM is exporting on their end.
The second image is their settings after I import their export. The goalie start settings is checked off when they have unchecked it.

It should stay unchecked, so we'll check on that, but unchecking it isn't going to guarantee that the top-rated goalie will start. Leaving it unchecked just reverts the goalie selection AI to the simpler version that was used prior to the start settings, where the best goalie tends to be used more often, but with the exact split dependent on the relative talent levels of the goalies.

Thanks Jeff, yeah it seems to stay unchecked sometimes for GM's but not all of them. We also seem to have a lot of teams in the AHL barely playing their backups. Most gm's have it set to play prospects more in the options so that might be influencing things a bit. Some of the AHL teams have not played the backup through a month and a half into a season though which is a bit crazy. Also speaking of the manager options to play prospect vs vets vs neutral, the human GM's can't set that successfully. It lets them change it but doesn't hold on export.
