Disable mouseover box for online leagues

First of all, thanks a lot from all of us over at the iNHL for all your hard work in getting the new game ready for release and of course extra thanks for adding back online! We are all really excited about transitioning over to FHM5 and many of us have preordered already.

We have had an issue with scouting, that the mouseover boxes that appear when moving the cursor over a player and displays the player’s offensive/defensive/physical/mental summary attributes is always accurate. By using these ratings and comparing against the scouted individual attributes, it is possible to determine whether one’s scouting is accurate or not. This has turned out to be quite an effective method to find hidden draft gems and over time can cause teams who use it to gain a significant advantage.

To my question; in FHM2 the mouseover boxes could be disabled locally, however in an online league there is no way to know if all GMs have disabled it or not. Would it be possible to add this as a commissioner option, to turn it on/off ”centrally” for online league files?

Understand if this is not a prioritized fix at the moment but it would help us in the iNHL to keep the league balanced, competitive and challenging for all if it was added at some point!

We will remove the overall ratings for unscouted player (displaying a "-" instead) and also make the option to show player popups in Online Leagues only settable by the Commish. Depending on time it might not be in Mondays release but will be in Fridays final release at the latest.

Thanks for taking the time to read and understand our iNHL-centric concern and both to quickly respond and to quickly respond with a fix that meets our requests. We've been waiting since FHM 2 for this online mode revival and are super-psyched for it's pending arrival.
