Installing Historic Ballparks Steam Workshop

I have downloaded and installed (or so I thought??) the historic ballparks for OOTP 18 via Steam Workshop. When I try to go to Team Settings the ballparks are not there. I tried creating a new MLB league 2 different times hoping they would show up. I have the files on my hard drive and have seen all the folders for the various seasons. Is there some sort of trick to making them show up in OOTP 18?

I'm at a loss. Was your ballparks folder empty before you installed the mod? Or did the mod overwrite files which were already there? I'd be sure to begin with an empty folder. That's all I can think of at the moment.

Oh, when you refer to an MLB league, do you mean a 2018 league or an historical season?

I just used Start Standard Game every time. It is the default 2017 MLB league.

The historical ballparks mod is for pre-2017 seasons. It shouldn't interfere with the ballpark assignment process for the 2017 season.
