Feeder League Question

I've been looking around the forum and haven't found any good ideas on how to fix a problem.

The draft in the online league I'm helping to run is generating a disproportionate number of pitchers to batters. Our league is set to 45 rounds with 152 HS and 32 college teams, feeder leagues + additional players, player creation modifiers set to 1.000.

I've run simulations several times up to 10 years in the future and each time the ratio of batters to pitchers with POT over 30 is at or above 10 pitchers to 1 batter.

I had supposed the draft might be trying to correct a talent disparity between pitchers and batters in the league currently but since the ratio never changes I am not sure what's going on. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting in the leagues I have been in, it is the other way around. Maybe not 10:1 but definitely more batters than pitchers.
