Best season from your player?
Probably done before, but what's the best season one of your players had?
I had an OF with these stats one year: .408, 51 HR, 155 RBI, 182 R I've had some 26 win pitchers, but that guy was amazing. Quick story behind him is; i saw him playing for LAD and put up a couple .370 40hr seasons but could never put up enough to trade for him. Once he hit FA I had to have him. First season with me, he gets hurt and was out for the year after 38 games. Was pissed. After that he was steady always above .300 40+ , in his third year w me he put up that season. I'm in like 2080, after some long droughts, I use a new strat and have won like 9 out of the last 11 world series. Last edited by acclaim99; 12-15-2012 at 01:10 PM. Reason: Story |

No it was not. It's nice to see some stats that are exceptional. Good job. Unless your team is the Red Sox. Sorry but a Yankee fan cannot say nice things about Red Sox accomplishments. You understand.

I had a 38 year-old knuckleballler who went 24-3 (won 19 straight) with 314 K's and a ERA of 1.38.

Give me whatever's in that guy's performance enhancing cocktail.
The chemical dark arts have obviously reached new pinnacles of achievement in 2021. Joking aside, I'm sure the guy's completely clean. Just keep an eye on him, that's all. |

My best player
I had a fictional league, and my #1 starter was Jacinto Pellegrini. He had 28 wins, 3 losses.

It would be amusing if he received the PED suspension I've generally only seen handed out to players like my SS with a CH of 7/10 and PH of 1/10...obviously, he's using the wrong ones...

I had a guy hit for the triple crown this past season. He hit .376 with 53 HR and 165 RBI. 4 time mvp and 9 time all star. He's 30, so this contract that runs out in 2 years will be his last lol
