2.5 Title bout keeps stopping

I found 2.5 TBB and downloaded it as I had lost my previous copy and it installs fine and opens and I can view everything, I loaded my saved files and can look at all my fighters records, but when I try to run a fight in anyway at all, as soon as I hit Start bout, the program quits, I've tried compatibility mode in all formats and nothing works, I unchecked the sound options, I installed it and ran it in Admin mode, still keep quitting on me, I've tried it in demo mode and with my code in full mode, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions, I have Win 10 Pro 64 bit.
