Jeff's new YouTube stream

I have a few questions:

The video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbJm5YmH19o started off with the initial draft for the New York Americans. How did you get to that point? It would have been helpful if you started at the main game screen and showed us how to set everything up.

Which Mods did you install in this game? Can you please provide download links? Did you install a FaceGen pack as well?

The start was just:

-New Historical Game
-starting year 1932, random debut on (which locks the other optional settings into place)
-challenge mode off
-start as New York Americans, regular start date, then set up the manager

And at that point you'll be where I was when we began the stream.
