Best Decade Team

I am going to try a new experiment of the best players from each decade.
Need some ideas of who should make each team and if i should go with 12 AL and 12 NL teams since I won;t have an AL team for 1876-1900. I was thinking of putting the best Negro league stars or American Association players on one team. Maybe throw in a few *** stars.
NO players can be in more then one decade.

American League
1876-1900

Also need ideas for team names, The best team from each decade.
Would prefer not to have more then one Yankees or Dodgers team but I could use Bronx Bombers, Highlanders and Empire for them.
Also which manger should mange each team?

I have done something like this long ago.
But I used adjusted stats, going by straight real stats I found the modern decades were a bit too powerful, while the 50's and 60's struggled. With adjusted stats it became a much more fair test for each decade. But takes a bit of work.

I did a decade for each NL as you did, as well as a pre-1900 as you have

I did make 2 negro league-japan leageu teams split evenly for AL NL. If I recall Josh Gibson was on the NL team and Satch was on the AL team.

I might also recommend that for the 1990-2014 period- due to having more teams available to chose players from (mostly 15 per league per year) go instead with an 8 year window
1990-1998
1999-2007
2008-2014

they will still be great teams, but now you may have mcwire and bonds on the first team, Sosa on the second for example which will help to even the teams out a bit if you are using real or neutralized stats- as I say the modern era due to more teams and players tend to have its stars shine over other decades. But doing it the way suggested would even it out.

Wish you well with this, you might even get me to dust off my adjusted world and get to work myself. Been putting it off for a while

Been sick with the flu since X-mas day so outside of playing my main league I have not looked at this. Hoping to get to this a lil bit after work each night this week.
